I saw these last night.

Bunch of goddamned nuts, the majority of whom appear to be insane and/or on some kind of drugs and/or are day drinking on camera, screaming about the possibility of Trump being arrested on Tuesday...starting with Truck Screamer here.

And then there was this one.

I'm just saying if these people are Trump's alleged revolutionary army, the revolution will be short.

And it will not end well. Not just because most of these people will piss themselves and run away screaming the first time somebody shoots back, but also for...other reasons.

As a former Conservative, Christian, and Republican myself, I get that Trump and Trumpism are literally, openly, ridiculously artificial and contrived, it's all a humungous, obvious scam with a "Let them eat cake" attitude, an ostentatiously upraised middle finger (that they have to have the whole world see, and then expect a reward for showing it) and the aesthetics of a Nordstrom Rack store at Christmas time. 

Also, this bullshit surrounds itself with a bunch of stank-ass nasty women whose titties are faker than Donald Trump's alleged Christianity and who, collectively, have more plastic in them than the Great Pacific Garbage Patch.

There are monsters out there, people. Not in the dystopian social hellscape picture of America painted by Fox News or Newsmax or your local Nextdoor page (and keep in mind that most of that shit is basically itself just coded racism and longing for fascist jackboots) but sitting there in their couches and recliners staring zombie-eyed like a bunch of ADHD kids at the goddamned TV.

Seriously if I'd ever showed up to work looking like that, either at the casino or to my current job, I'm pretty sure any of my bosses would have sent me to be drug tested on some kind of general principle.

And this is what's become of "Conservatism" in America.

More to the point Republicans did this to themselves by having no fucking standards over a period of 20+ years, after an overarching even-longer period of generalized scumbaggery.

And yeah, I saw that bit about the confirmation last night too, admission of the truth of the longstanding belief that Reagan's campaign had colluded with the Iranians to make sure the hostages were released only after Carter lost the election and Reagan was inaugurated, and that this involved a massively illegal quid pro quo in weapons, ammunition, etc.

Don't forget that was after Scumbag Nixon, Ford's pardon thereof, and so on. 

Shit rolls downhill, yo.

And as of right now, this is the best they can do, some completely fuckballs nuts dude who looks like he's trying to be the Republican Jerry Garcia.

And that is no longer a statement of sympathy with the man. Generations of bad behavior and scummy tactics, of lowering the bar to get enough people to vote for you, of outright cheating and finally attempted coup and rebellion, something like this is going to be all that's left.

I'm not sure how it started, but if this is how it's going you're gonna lose, Republicans.

I got out in 2008, changed my voter registration to Independent, because conspiracy theories, racism and Sarah Palin were all deal-breakers for me.

And the situation has not improved.

I switched from Independent to Democrat in 2016 for similar reasons.

I think these nuts are about to find out the hard way that most of us simply cannot afford to let them burn down civilization.

Especially not for somebody like Donald Trump.

I know I can't. 

I mean, goddamn, Republicans are already on record wanting to cut the government-funded veteran's health care that's keeping me in antidepressants and a therapist and thus alive.

And that's with them having known they were facing an election, and continuing to talk that way knowing they're coming up on another one in two years.

And what gets me about it is, on top of all that, these fucking brainless dickweeds want to basically replace Jesus with Trump, during Lent, while pretending to be pious about it.

Shit, I don't think these motherfuckers know the goddamn difference between Jesus and Trump anymore.

Remember, Trump is the guy who said he was basically the one human being out there who didn't need God's forgiveness...literal blasphemy from a Christian perspective and he said it live on CNN.

What the fuck do you think these sons of bitches would do given permanent power, aside from fuck everybody else over and sell out America and the rest of the world to Vladimir Putin and betray the Ukrainians and all the world's other freedom fighters while enriching themselves??

Republicanism ends neither with bang nor whimper, but with a clown tooting a bicycle horn.

And Republicans somehow think this will bring them some great victory.

They'd rather sit there in their trucks screaming about dumb shit or get fucked up on alcohol and drugs live on camera than fucking do the work of life and participate in civilization. Right up until some rich Republican shows up with chains and sells them into slavery, I guess.

Sooner or later, these fucking people are going to reap the whirlwind, the load of karmic debt here demands such, and I don't want to be anywhere near any of them when that shit happens.
