Made the entirely understandable mistake of reading the comments on a couple people's posts that I follow.
Between Trump's indictment and the fact that the Q-Anon Shaman was released to years of home confinement today "Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" is essentially every MAGA right now.
I'm legit starting to wonder if any of these motherfuckers have read Revelations, 'cause I don't know if they know they are, but they're staking out all their positions on the wrong damn side.
And it's just as farcically written...oh, wait a minute, this is real life?
Shit.
Trump is wounded, hell, this might well open the legal and political floodgates and finish his ass.
At least that way.
Beware the self-reinvention, and thus, the resurrection. It might take more than three days, though.
I'm going to warn you fuckers right now, all of you, that Trump could get locked up, could stay locked up, and his "career" and political and otherwise resurrection then becomes as simple as "I Found The LORD In The Cellblock!"

It worked for Mike Tyson (As Salaam Alaykum) and Trump's audience is far more committed to cultlike loyalty and unalloyed adoration. It worked for Chuck Colson. And hell, I'd argue both men did more good works after they got locked up than Trump would ever think of, let alone actually do.
And for fuck's sake his "Campaign" people are already saying if there's a mugshot they'll sell T-shirts with the mugshot on them.
Again, think about that for a second.
Then adjust your expectations accordingly.
If we were dealing with people who could be shamed or think "Hey, wait a minute..." We collectively would not be having this problem.
Pretty much most pre-Trump Republicans would've been finished by this, finished, laughed at and hounded out of public life and the Republican Party...or at least any real position or power in it.

Let's get that out of the way right now.
He will not even be kicked out if he becomes a liability to the Party a la Newton Leroy Gingrich or Dennis Fucking Hastert.
Not even if he goes to prison.

And you know what's worse? There's already no shortage of potential heirs to the Golden Toilet if Trump gets flushed.
Even worse than that, I don't think anybody's read the room any worse than MAGA has. They're absolutely going to try something stupid. Yes, a hell of a lot of it all will be nothing but impotent stupid talk, but there's a lot of nuts out there.
