I don't normally comment much on things going on in other countries, but it's been all over the news lately that there's a bunch of cross-border truckers in Ottawa making a huge nuisance of themselves protesting US-Canada cross-border vaccination requirements.

From what I can tell, this whole thing appears to be funded by the American Right, and over 90% of Canadians are against them, especially residents of Ottawa. The vast majority of Canadian truckers are still working, Ottawa cops are not resigning, and the Canadian Forces has not made any dramatic statements of any kind. 

And, as usual, these fuckers are beating off to the fantasy that...if they're just assholes enough and believe in it all hard enough...the common people will rise up and join them and the people with the guns will kill their enemies and they'll live happily ever after in some kind of Libertarian eternity with Ayn Rand and Alan Greenspan.

Fuck all that.

You want to know what I'd do if it was my call? Call up the Royal Canadian Dragoons at CFB Petawawa and bring in a few Leopard 2 main battle tanks and some engineering and recovery vehicles to bulldoze, push or pull these fools' trucks out of people's way, then bill the fuckers for any damage...and have the Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrest anybody who resists. You want your shit not to get damaged? Get the fuck out of the way and go back to work, and leave people the fuck alone. 

It's time these fools that are fucking around start finding out.

People, on a global scale, need to stop fucking around with this anti-vax and right-wing horse shit and deal with it like the threat to freedom and to nations and public health on a global scale that it absolutely is. The people behind this shit...Anarcho-capitalist rich fuckers, mostly...want to bury civilization under a big enough pile of corpses to they can rule the Necropolis. Think about that, for a second.

I mean, seriously, the lists of demands these trucker fuckers have come up with is...well, it'd fit in with the shit US Republicans come up with all the time, but basically they want the government to dissolve itself and remove all COVID-19 restrictions and...yeah, this thing is grassroots Canadian about like I am. Fuck this stupid bullshit.

Not to mention, give these ass clowns what they want, they'll be back every goddamn Monday until they've rebuilt the whole country in their own dumb ass image. They simply don't give a shit about other people.

There's always been a faction of Canadian Conservatism that's trying a little too hard to be Texas. The funny part here is, the parts of Canada that are usually thought of as Conservative didn't put up with these morons and ticketed and towed the ones what didn't get the message.

I said, earlier today (And a few people kind of argued with me about it) that this bullshit trucker protest seemed like performance art bullshit intended for an American audience...and guess what? Here's Tucker Carlson exactly proving my goddamned point.

Somebody's trying to pull a softer 1/6 in Ottawa, and I'm willing to bet...as one of my critics also said...that this has the acidic reek of Steve Bannon and company all over it.

And of course, you see Tucker throwing in that bit about starvation in the cities? As ever, the cruelty is the goddamn point. Of course, Fucker Carlson don't exactly live in Podunk, so he may not have thought this through.

Essentially, these fucking people are trying to see if they can export their far-right donkey-show politics program to other countries. But most Canadians are against this shit. And such a "Protest" is unlikely to work in the US also...because if nothing else American truckers have to keep working and people have tried to set up this kind of shit before but it literally never goes anywhere. I'm willing to bet these idiots try some kind of circus sideshow bullshit in the UK too, although they'll probably have to get somebody else to do it because the UK logistics industry probably won't play ball.

And the question, of course, is why is this shit happening at all?

Well, for one, I bet if you follow the trail of ideology and money far enough there's some Russians involved, The US has started actually making arrangements to supply Europe with LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) if the Russians pull the plug on it when they attack Ukraine. And Biden is pretty much saying that revenue stream for the Russians is over, if it comes to that.

Well, somebody's going to have to supply them, and it's going to be America, and not only can we do it but the US Navy was pretty much purpose-built to keep those sea lines of communication open. Ours is just plain bigger than yours, Comrades. As I've said before, dust off the REFORGER op-plans and put a bunch more troops in Germany or Poland and the Baltics  while we're at it...just to show we can still do that.

And America's wealthy...with the exception of far-right ideological hacks like Bannon, the Mercers and Tucker...aren't going to be much help here, Vlad. The oil and gas companies can read a balance sheet as well as anybody. More to the point, they probably figure they can do business with your successors from more advantageous terms when it's all over.

Do you see now, why these sons of bitches are so intent on disrupting not only America, but its allies now, too?

And I'm quite serious when I say that it pisses me off that any Americans or even Canadians would want to be either Anarcho-Capitalist serfs or Russian vassals.

I mean, come on, what the fuck do you even think is in it for y'all?

Because I'm here to tell you, the first generations of Eastern European and Mongolian Communists, the ones that were the real True Believers...the ones who carried out Stalin's Red Terrors...well, one hell of a lot of those people got executed and purged or died under suspicious circumstances.

As I've been saying, like it or not I strongly suspect there's going to be bloodshed. I hope I'm wrong, but I know enough about conspiracy theories, cults, and fundamentalist religiosity to know this pot is going to boil over sooner or later.

We can shed that blood on our feet, like free men and women ought. We can go down standing up...or make the world safe for democracy again.

Or we can die begging and screaming and trying to pull "Do you know who I am?" On some Chekist who absolutely does not give a fuck who might just brag to his bros over Vodka and cucumbers that he was the one who got to shoot your ass.

I'm completely not kidding. On the far end of this thing, we're dealing with foreign stone-cold killers and manipulators and their American stooges who would like nothing more than to break America in two, disrupt Canada, and subjugate the EU and the UK. These people do not give a fuck about you. In fact, it's better for them if we all die.

If you want to support that kind of shit, fuck you, you're stupid.

A poor or middle-class White person dies exactly the same way as a Black or Brown person does. The Grim Reaper don't care what color you is. There's no "Whites Only" section on Charon's boat.
