And this is the future "Conservatives" want.

Just in case you have any illusions that anyone, male or female, would have any kind of freedom at all in these people's ideal world.

I'll also take this opportunity to remind you that most of these fucking people are blazingly ignorant about pregnancy, sex, and sexuality. They're willfully ignorant about it. In fact. It's the same principle as these fucking use with the Bible and Christian doctrine, or how government or society work: "If I don't know anything, I can believe whatever dumb ass shit I want."

And they're proud of their willful ignorance, then they can pretend to be surprised when stupid partisan wish-casting decisions have bad outcomes.  

It's not just that they did not think it through. No, that might be excusable. The truth is, they do not want to think it through, because the cruelty is the point.

But they think they can just say "Oops" and pretend it wasn't.

But the truth is, that's a lie.

The truth is, they know damned well what they're doing.

And their next step in this "Every Sperm Is Sacred" bullshit is deciding *Which* Sperms are sacred and which kids they will allow to be born.

Because there's always...always...been a seamy undertone of Eugenics and Racism to the whole goddamned thing. And of course, they've always tried to pin that on other people, too.

Of course these fucking people are the same morons who are still bitching about "Communism" which hasn't been a thing since 1989 (Despite Putin trying to bring it back) even as they try to ram government all the way up your ass.

And the thing is, increasingly this crap is so blatant I think somebody would have to be really, really stupid to not know it's a lie. I think the people pushing all this garbage are doing so deliberately and maliciously and I think the people cheering this shit on also know it's a lie. 

But they think it all means their "side" is winning and they'll all be kings and shit, while the rest of us will be slaves, or something something Gazpacho. 

That's what this "Own The Libs" crap really boils down to, and it's not so much that these people refuse to engage with reality as...engaging with reality is a higher order of thought process than they're often capable of in the first damn place.

And they didn't think it through and aren't prepared for any of this shit because it was all lies to start with.

What Republicans are betting on is convincing these fucking willfully ignorant people that when they crash Civilization, their followers will all be the lord in the castle rather than the serfs in the fields. 

And they're hoping like hell that when it all comes crashing down they can pull a bait and switch and offer them "Having their boot on someone else's throat before they die" and hoping the ignorant rubes will go for it.

And I have a feeling it's not going to work.

Because the Pink Elephant On Parade in the room here is that Republicans don't know what they've been fucking with, constantly winding up the crazy, stupid fanatics. 

I just saw this and apparently support for Madison Cawthorn has gone up since all the revelations about homosexuality and incest and all this other stuff because "Madison dared to stand up against evil."

Note: It's apparently Republicans who've dropped all this stuff in obvious retaliation for the "Cocaine Orgy" comments awhile back. This talk about "Standing up against evil" was on the Cross Talk news show on RT. (Which is apparently hosted by an American journalist and filmed in Moscow. Think about that for a second.)

The Russians are going to take the GOP's ethos of "Radicalization for fun and profit" and use it to steal the GOP's base right out from under them. If they haven't already.

From the "Poison Toad Shamanism as Hangover Cure" people, that'd be funny if it wasn't so dangerous.

Maybe it's just me, but doesn't it seem like freedom and, you know, things as they are (which is supposed to be the basis of conservatism) would be less...dangerous than all this horse-fuckery?

Of course, none of this was ever about any of that.

It was always about power.

Which is why we're finding out about all this debased bullshit, the greed, the ignorance, the sexual excesses, the treason now...because these motherfuckers decided that America, it's culture and society wasn't kissing their ass enough. 

So, they see Putin and what he's done in the course of invading Ukraine and re-Sovietizing Russia and they've decided...after a long dance with the Russian motherfuckers...that they're going to try and push for Instant Totalitarianism and Wars of Purification and Religion here.  

That is exactly what this is about. Even though they don't have nearly the control here that Putin does in Russia, they think they can use this anti-abortion crap to try to get that, and as a wedge to split the country so they can try and make the Culture Wars go kinetic. 

The Fascists want their Unfreedom.

The Jizz Jihadists want their Holy War.

The Republicans want their Killing Fields.

And the Religious Right and the White Supremacists want to go looking through your bed and don't think those two aren't inextricably linked because they are, and they're both concerned about people having "Unapproved" sex for the same reasons.

Even though We The People are already used to a much more free and open society than most Russians are, even though all of us in our living memory have lived with a State that sought to protect freedom and life and property. Not very many people here know anything else, and so far as I know most of us intend to keep those rights.

And if we've forgotten how to fight this crap, we have the example of the Ukrainians to show us how, now don't we??

But These Fucking People and their Culture Of Death want to go looking for the essence of Life in your bed, because how dare anyone have an orgasm without their approval.

Every cult in history...and many forms of political extremism besides...has to some extent or other used control over sex to generate fanatics for its rabid ideology. This one won't be any different.

But we can stop this shit. This is America. And if we want it to stay America, we'd better stop this shit.

If you want a better country, you have to be a better citizen. It's as simple...and as complicated...as that.

And for the record, this "Every sperm is sacred" crap has nothing to do with Christianity, either. It's not in the Word, it has more to do with Eastern and Indian religions...not so much with Hinduism as it does with the many cults and Gurus  and mystical traditions adjacent to it, which have their own history of silliness in America.

And you know who else stole heavily from that body of beliefs? The Nazis and white Supremacists like Nick Fuentes. Because if they can determine who can fuck and tell you who to fuck and how and when, well, that kind of totalitarian power is the only way they can really expand their shitty ideology (because yes, it sucks that bad) with some kind of bizarre Cum Crusade.

'Cause if you don't think these fucking idiots would be all too happy to look at Revelation 13 as a handy guide, and then create that technology just to control sexuality in their search for unlimited power, you have another thing coming.
