"Moms For Liberty" seems to be dedicated solely to the elimination of all mention or records of LGBT people, People of Color, or damned near anything else other than specifically Christian Whiteness from education, and then wreck the entire concept so that nobody else can even get one.

The question that always needs to be asked when some group has "Freedom" or "Liberty" in its overamped rhetoric or in its title is "Freedom for whom?" and "Liberty to do what?"
Such groups these days are almost always "Conservative" and not the least bit concerned with anybody's actual freedom or liberty at all.
Except for the "rights" of White People to dominate others and their "freedom" and "liberty" to control, hate, and hurt other people.
I just say this yesterday, some idiot personal trainer and "Human potential extractor" calling NASCAR "RINO's" because they contributed some racetrack jet-drying gadget to keeping I-95 in Pennsylvania dry when rain was in the forecast.

This is, by the way, against regulations...but of course it is a pervasive problem, for reasons that are entirely political, rather than religious.
It's not about Christianity, or "The Family" or any such thing, except insofar as it's about promoting only one specific kind of Christianity and one type of family for entirely political purposes, because if you walk into most people's houses anywhere in the world preaching this kind patriarchal, racist, sexist bullshit, they're going to throw you out.
They might even beat you up, or call the cops.
So these nuts think they're going to just hoard guns and political power and eventually force this shit on everybody else.
Except how did that work during the Trump administration? How does that work in Orban's Hungary or Putin's Russia??
It doesn't, Trump's government was a soup sandwich and did nothing but cut taxes for the wealthy.
Hungary and Russia have famously low levels of religious observance, but high levels of corruption and theft in their governments (especially theft by those leaders and by people who support such leaders) and of course, there's the war in Ukraine, atrocity, mass theft and mass murder all rolled into one...and it's still a goddamn failure.
But this is the future that "Conservatives" have decided that they want.
