I saw this last night.

Fox News, literally complaining that teenage pregnancies are down by 7% and I'm like "WHAT?!?"

Now, I'm Generation X and came of age in the 1980's and 1990's.

And I can remember when conservatives and liberals alike treated teenage pregnancy (or in fact any pregnancy where the parents couldn't support their kids) as a tragedy.

I don't have kids, except for the technical Step-Daughter at this point, because I practiced safe sex when it mattered because I had that impressed on me.

And all I can say right now and I say it every time I see some stupid-ass thing like this is I'm damn glad the Kid is a lesbian and I shouldn't under any moral or normal set of circumstances have to worry about this bullshit.

But it still pisses me off, it's still not right.

And here's the thing; Gross as the situation is I'm not sure if this shit is because these motherfuckers are trying to justify the perverse excesses of the Epstein class or because they want human puppy mills for Cannon Fodder and Slave Labor. I'd also say "Both" is a safe assumption.

Also, now they're trying to save Viktor Orban, but it doesn't seem to be working.

People be tired of this shit, yo.

Where did these people get the idea that they're moving ahead on this? "Conservatives" have gotten themselves caught in like a million lies right about now, and they look like they're winding up to lose.

So they want to fight about it and see if they can kill their way into keeping whatever power they think they have.

But then I saw this lady scored herself an absolutely Biblical-grade ration trying to argue with the Pope.

Let me share with you something that should be fairly obvious; I have a church background and I've heard preaching on every imaginable subject and a few things most people wouldn't think of for most of my life. And, While the story of David and Saul is a pretty big deal even in the context of that story as it's routinely told, the Amalekites are generally treated as a minor footnote at best. That's something that obnoxious idiots occasionally trot out when they want to justify cultic obedience or killing.

I was literally raised in churches and for fuck's sake I think I was over 30 before I ever heard the Amalekites specifically mentioned in a sermon and that was by one of the widely-considered less-credible pastors in the church association I was a member of for a few years after I moved down to Mount Pleasant.

I mean this fool was literally the kind of guy that was pretty much the "relief guy" of the pastors in that group in case somebody needed a Sunday off because none of the churches wanted him. Well, after a CSA scandal caused the resignation of the Association President (whose son, a former assistant pastor in the group, is now serving a life sentence in a Federal prison as a result) this dude replaced him.

The thing is, the previous guy was as blindsided, disgusted and shocked by what had been happening as the rest of us were, and he'd had nothing to do with any of it, but he'd still felt he had to resign 'cause he needed the extra time to try to fix whatever of the damage to his family that he could.

It was a purely ceremonial post, by the way. But he got to officiate an event at each of the five churches in the association throughout the year. It was at one such that I heard him bring up the Amalekites. I had to actually look that shit up. 

And actually, he mangled the shit so badly until he actually read the relevant scriptures that even that would have been difficult except I wrote it down.

Let me explain something to you, Deceivers love them some obscure shit like that, especially when it's easily twisted to cover for a murderous agenda and makes them sound authoritative or like they have some kind of obscure knowledge.

Just sayin' though, back in 2005 advocating for death and destruction for its own sake wasn't cool with most people. Neither conservatism nor the Church had yet reached the point of literally ANYTHING but "Love Thy Neighbor."

Enough people pushed back that he didn't preach on that again.

But that was before desperation, perversity, and the unpopularity of These Fucking People and their beliefs largely due to their backing of Trump and their increasingly shitty agendas forced them to consider things like trying to breed humans for slave labor and wars.

At that point, back in 2005, fascism, far-right shit in general, open racism in particular and a whole boatload of this current stuff either wasn't cool in general or at least wasn't something one broadcasted in public.

And Donald Trump's big deal was he was on WWE.

I'm just sayin' you have to have societal standards. Truth is the only floor most people have to stand on to push back against power, and you either believe in freedom or you don't.

At least now people are seeing that all this bullshit is, in fact, bullshit. 

And the motherfuckers are down to dragging the heinous shit right out in public and popping off with obscure Biblical points to justify this shit. It's going to come down to a fight and These Fucking People are gonna lose.

But the truth is, they don't care.

In fact in their minds the only real question pretty much is whether Baal is "god" or Trump is.
