Seriously these people think Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged is a template for an ideal world.

I guarantee you the only thing a whole bunch of these motherfuckers have to say about the revelations that Donald Trump is/was a massive tax cheat is that they think he's smart.

Can't help but notice, either, that all the Andrew Tate stans came out the woodwork when the whole Small Dick Energy thing started. And they got worse after he got popped for *Checks Notes* Human Trafficking and rape.

Again, these kind of dudes (and they're all the same kind of dudes) don't really think abuse of women is a crime, so much as that it's some kind of reward for power and wealth. Probably not a good idea to set things up so men like that have "Self Satisfaction as the moral purpose of his life" as their only guiding star, eh?

And they don't do things like demean diversity, pluralism and liberal democracy because they like the way that action movie actors or Chinese military uniforms look. 

They want a world of uniformed sameness (except for them, of course) where they don't have to see pictures of public figures or what our Vice President or actual members of our military are really like because that's what it takes for these small-dicked motherfuckers to feel like men.

They want a world where they don't have to think about anything and can live their debauched lives without reflection or shame. 

It's 2022, It'll be 2023 tomorrow. Our military has always looked like that. My best friend in the Air Force was an African American convert to Islam. My girlfriend at the time was Chinese Mexican and from California. America has always been diverse. The fact that it's no longer curated to look appealing to small-dicked white-bread motherfuckers isn't my problem. I saw Bill Clinton speak once, when I was in uniform. Had Smart Phones been a thing at the time you bet there'd have been a hell of a lot of conservative Airmen lined up for a Selfie with old Slick Willie, that's just what people do.

And it's funny how the people whose idea of a good time is human trafficking, misogyny and talking stupid on the internet...and whose idea of God is Donald Trump/Vladimir Putin/Andrew Tate...will turn around and begrudge other people such human impulses as go in a positive direction pretty much 100% of the time. All the God-talk and the Left Behind crap was a lie, but I suppose their idea that the End Times looks like a world steeped in liberal values might be accurate.

I saw this yesterday, while I was in the grocery store, Chaya Raichik AKA Libs Of TikTok was apparently at the January 6th Insurrection. I strongly suspect someone's internet fame is not going to be enough to save them from getting busted by the Feds.

And over the last 20 years, Republicans let these fucking people take over. It was ever and always a lie. Things like the absolute ridiculosity of the unending George Santos scandal just show what these people are...or maybe always were, deep down.

At the rate this is going, how long is it before we find out that George Santos personally fellated Vladimir Putin to finance his run for Congress?

Andrew Tate posted an angry video in response to Greta Thunberg...and then today he got popped by Romanian police for human trafficking because the local-chain pizza box in the video confirmed both that he was in the country and where he was. (And mind you, this isn't the first time he's gotten raided for this, it happened back in April, too.)

All because he couldn't control himself after being insulted by a 19-year-old girl. Think about that shit for a second, will ya??

So...judging now from years upon years of Q-bullshit and these fucking people calling other people "Groomers" if we go by the now-established rule that every accusation from these motherfuckers is a confession...I think it's reasonable as a member of Generation X to ask, how long before a bunch of Republicans get captured performing a human sacrifice and worshiping the devil in some gross-ass sever tunnel?

When I got up this morning, I saw this. In a Tweet about Pope Francis praying for peace, Franklin Graham whined about how "God" is being "removed" from government and society and "mocked" by the entertainment industry.

He then went on to say, basically, that if everybody believed in Jesus hard enough, there wouldn't be any wars.

Frank doesn't give a fuck about Peace, he desires Submission.

Hence the digs at government, society, and the entertainment industry...all of which not just in the United States but in most countries are entirely secular enterprises. I'm honestly sick of these people. I'm tired of their fake, insecure religiosity and the unending braying about how they're the only ones who are "right."

At the end of the day, the only thing These Fucking People accept as Gospel or ever will is their greed and shitty selfish reactionary social beliefs.

As if she'd care...

She responded by telling him to email her at Smalldickenergy@getalife.com and the internet has been busy dunking on his stupid ass since then. I mean, dude, if you've got all this crap and you're so successful why do you feel the need to brag about it to *Checks Notes* a teenage girl who's massively publicly on record saying that the kind of chrome-plated assholery you espouse is against everything she stands for??

I mean, dude, what's even the damn point??

If this selfish-bastardized conspicuous consumption, lying and troll-ish behavior that collectively constitutes modern "Conservatism" doesn't radiate small dick energy, I don't know what the hell does. 

No less of a conservative titan than Ronald Reagan said that material computation alone does not measure the destiny of Man. We are spirits, not animals. I keep quoting this stuff for a damn reason.

This idea didn't start with The Gipper...it goes all the way back to Classical Greek philosophy. In point of fact, if you really look at it, the form and practice of Christianity probably owes more to Greco-Roman Platonism and especially the Platonic mysticism of many of the Roman elites than it ever did to Jesus Christ.

In point of fact, right now in Ukraine, the whole damn country is fighting...fiercely, joyfully almost, but most of all effectively...for those exact kind of values like the dignity of all people and higher spiritual beliefs that are supposed to define Western Civilization and against Neo-Soviet hordes and Russian imperialism that basically says one man has some kind of a right to own everything in the world and that people should exalt in being his slaves. That's not my opinion...that's literally what Alexander Pushkin wrote.

And the funny part of this shit is that like Andrew Tate, who is mixed-race and yet espouses far-right politics...Alexander Pushkin was mixed-race, in his case specifically Afro-Russian.

I'm serious in saying this, that fundamentally these people believe in nothing. If Atheistic Communism or Randian Objectivism was an open path to Power, they'd take it. This will probably be an unpopular opinion, but I think even White Supremacy itself is ultimately just a tool, it's negotiable.

So long as the non-white person on the other side of the table is some mediocre useless dude-bro just like them, that is.

You want to know how Whacked-out America is in the grand scheme of things? We're the country that goes and invades a country halfway around the world, attempts to rebuild their government and society and puts a sign up over an aircraft hangar where their new air force parks its little third-country turboprop strike aircraft that's in English (Spoken by 6% of the population) with a URL on the sign (18.4% of the population has internet access) in a country where approximately 37.3% of the people are even literate.

And then we wonder why the average Afghan person didn't take us seriously, how we had no plan but to stay there indefinitely...until we did arbitrarily decided to get out...and why we ultimately lost the war??

Because, as George Carlin famously said, we let people who are obsessed with dicks make all the decisions, that's why. And then we let them get bored and wander off instead of seeing things through.

Every last one of these idiots think they gonna be Vladimir Putin someday, every last one of them sees himself as that End Times Antichrist "World Emperor" and thinks if they wrap it in enough Christian talk or macho bullshit about their dicks, that they can even get one over on God. Even their view of the afterlife is that heaven isn't heaven if everybody gets to go there!

I saw this last night. Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev talking absolute nonsense about what he thinks will happen in 2023...to which Elon Musk replies "Epic Thread!"

I couldn't help but notice that Dmitry's demented musings sound like world-building for the kind of after-1AM borderline-porn movies that Showtime used to run back in the 1990's; All featuring some actress-model with big boobs and a stereotypical unshaven male character actor sidekick and a wildly improbable plot.

I'm starting to wonder if Muskrat is a little confused about which country he lives in, and about the fact that civil wars kill a hell of a lot of innocent people. (Also, there's the inconvenient fact that Russia is closer to a civil war than America is at this point, by an order of magnitude.)

Except that, I'm becoming firmly convinced that privileged, rich white people like Elon Musk, Peter Theil and random Q-Anon nuts don't want to live in America. They're bored, they seem to think it'd be fun living in a dystopian hellscape. 

Of course, they've not the first idea how to survive in such a thing. 

And they want to quit when it doesn't give them attention and money.

I think they think that life will somehow remain "normal" for them, that the "Zombie Apocalypse" or whatever will somehow only take place outside of their gated community.

Too many of these people internalized the Evangelical End Times Movement's basic belief that they'll get to go to heaven without dying and then they can sit up there in heaven and watch the rest of us suffer and die and go to hell for no greater purpose than their own entertainment.

Heaven isn't heaven if everybody gets to go. America isn't America if LGBT people get any. The Ukrainians have to be "sacrificed" to the Red neo-Soviet Hordes in order to preserve the "Liberal" global order. (As if the Neo-Soviet Hordes would stop there.)

Also I've noticed not very many of these motherfuckers want to go where there's an actual war going on. Their idea of action, adventure and the fight for freedom seems to stop at the idea that they might be cold or get dirty, God forbid and of these too-comfortable chickenshits would have to go and fight! 

And the post about the Q-Anon lady clipped above suggests something I've thought for a long time; For a lot of these fucking people, the conspiracy theories and the performative right-wing bullshit are just that...bullshit. They don't want to live that way themselves, if they can make others have to live like that for their own entertainment...cool...but they still want to have their bullshit jobs, comfortable lives, Social Security, etc.

They just don't want you or me to have any.

And they'll sacrifice anything and anyone else in order to keep their own levels of comfort and convenience and not having to so much as look at anything Other inside their Bubble.

Seriously if anybody ever tries to enforce a Mark Of The Beast type situation on the rest of the world it'll be these sons of bitches, because it'd take that level of totalitarianism to keep others out of their "perfect" little world.

Kind of interesting how their eschatology is almost entirely political, isn't it?

They want to talk up a bunch of murderous bullshit, ethnic cleansing, pogroms against LGBT people, political "Purifications" and shit...they just want somebody else to do the killing for them so they don't have to get their lily-white hands dirty. And then they'll comfortably, conveniently, get somebody to dispose of those people too!

And it'll keep going until it's basically four rich old white guys and Mary from Accounting sitting on top of a giant pile of money...and then they start fighting among themselves, next.

Oh, wait, somebody might want to explain to Chaya Raichik that not a goddamned one of the White Supremacists she keeps dry-humping...likely including Tucker Carlson himself...actually thinks she's "White."

And here's some idiotic Russian priest, preaching that a "Warrior's death is the best of all deaths." I notice he's not strapping up and volunteering. Fuck him.

Yet increasingly, it seems like the American Right sees Russia as their prototype, as something they think they want to be.

Well maybe it's just me, but I was taught a long time ago that there's nothing "Conservative" in finding "meaning" in other people's deaths. Life is hard enough without that kind of shit. I was raised with the Reaganite ideal of "Peace Through Strength." 

I was taught that war is a terrible thing, and something to be avoided except in self-defense or the defense of another. Yes, that was once defined as a conservative value.

But the modern Right seems best defined by an ideal of "War Through Weakness" and a desire to live vicariously through the cruelty of others they deem as being on the same ideological "side" whether they actually are or not. Common enemies are far more important than common values.

These fucking people would rather all die in a nuclear war, or subject themselves to tyrants, than see Black people or LGBT people have equality. They'd rather feed us all to the Beast Of War than have White Male Patriarchy diminished even a tiny bit.

And they're losing, so they're looking to burn everything down, period.

That's not much to build a civilization on, if you ask me. They all want to die because they think it will hurt you worse sure as hell doesn't make any sense to me.

And when the task of the moment is done with, these fucking people will have knives out for each other. They aren't even going to wait until they've dealt with all the rest of us. Just look at the looming struggle for Republican leadership in the House.

I'm warning you, when they think the time is right for the "Purge" the very first thing these people are going to do is go after their own who they find impure or lacking somehow. Russia looks to be very close to descending into that sort of genocidal mayhem against itself. I think Medvedev's fantasy about mass European fratricide is not much more than projection. 

I worry that Republicans will follow, if such is the case.

And I don't know who needs to hear this, but I'm telling you right now, as a former Christian, former conservative, and US Air Force veteran, that no, neither we nor the rest of the world have to subscribe to these fucking people's bloody-minded view of life, religion, social Darwinism and every other goddamned thing. 

But here's the thing. We don't have to put up with them acting the fuck like this either.

It's worth noting that these assholes literally equate a mostly-peaceful world with liberal values with the goddamned Antichrist. Yet at the same time, they are the first goddamned people to bow down before damned near any aspiring Antichrist World-Emperor potentate that comes down the road, no matter how farcical.

I can't make this make any sense. All I know is I'm tired of it. 

I, being a conservative, was all-in on that peaceful world, and served to do my part to keep it that way.

On Christmas Eve, I saw this.

Washed up 1970's "Dukes Of Hazzard" actor John Schneider saying that Joe Biden is in "Big Trouble with God" for somehow not referring to Jesus Christ in the exactly correct fashion nor saying that 'he would run the country according to' [John Schneider's version of] God's "Guidelines."

First off, Bo, the government in our country is secular and does not "run" religion nor allow religion to run this country for a damned reason. It's not only in the core text of the Constitution that no religious test shall be administered for any government position, it's the very First Amendment that says "Congress Shall Make No Law concerning the establishment of religion."

Second, then these sons of bitches positively cannot wait to tell on themselves, by treating overwhelmingly Christian Latino migrants like dirt, dropping them off in freezing weather with nothing, on Christmas Eve. And not only that, but lots of these Christian migrants are from countries like El Salvador and Guatemala and every bit as Protestant as John Schneider claims to be.

Third, nobody gives a shit about your Confederate Jesus.

(Of course Bo doesn't care about any of that, it's all about him. The religious talk is just to fool the feeble-minded.)

Thankfully, somebody called local support orgs and those people got help fairly quickly.

If you want a better country, you have to be a better citizen. 

If you want a nation that's more Christian, you have to lead by example, not by talking. Respect is earned, by every action, every day. You have to be the person people want to follow...and that's hard work and takes a long time to show even a small effect. I've seen this in life.

But it's not really about any of that, which is why these fucking people want to make laws about it and pull stupid, harmful political stunts on Christmas Eve instead of treating this as the Holy time that it's supposed to be.

Yesterday I watched this Russian army recruiting video that was basically just a bunch of guys sitting around a kitchen table, complaining about life. Either they're working too hard and they're still broke...or they're unemployed. Eventually talk turns to the war and reminiscing about their own Army service and how they all felt like they had purpose in the military. The ad ends with them all deciding to volunteer to go and fight.

Check that again. 

They're basically saying the average Russian can't make ends meet or feel like life is worth living short of joining the Army and risking their life against, let's face it, superior forces.

Again, it's Christmas Eve, people...both the Ukrainian civilians and soldiers and the Russian troops being sent against them...are literally dying out there. 

And all these fucking people see when they see a genuine, no-shit hard-ass like Volodymyr Zelensky who's literally ripped victory from the jaws of defeat and in the doing of it reshaped geopolitics, military strategy and hell, the dynamics of the goddamned internet because the Ukrainians have fucking crushed the Russians at their own damned game...

...Is another vector for their goddamned Conspiracy theories? Really?? What the fuck is wrong with you??

And then these "Conservatives" looked at the epic-level military and sociopolitical soup sandwich that is Putin's Russia and they've decided that's what they want to be like??

To quote the commentary on the snipped Tweet:

Conservatism as I was taught it was about equality before the law, individual rights, limited government and personal freedom (but also consequences for one's actions and personal responsibility.) These fucking people look at Putin and see that which they want to emulate, if only because they wish to use the awesome power of the State as a club to beat the people they don't like over the head with, and ultimately to impose their cultural and social mores, their shitty social beliefs and above all their selfish, small god on other people.

Freedom means people have the choice to do what they want, both you and other people. You don't have to agree with or like how other people use theirs, same goes for them towards you. That's how this stuff works. I didn't make the world, it's not my choice what other people do. It's not even my right to worry about that.

But I'll tell you one thing for damned sure: I've seen these nationalists and rigid patriarchal white supremacist types make an absolute hash of things enough times, or start killing their neighbors or even their own families and then they turn out, when people with legal authority and weapons come and take them away, to be nothing more than cowardly abusers of children and women. They always cry and piss themselves when they get taken away. 

I can't...I won't...ever support that. I'd rather be dead. I have a conscience to live with and I've got enough rocks in my ruck already.

These fucking people, who used autocratic politics and conspiracy theory woo woo shit or the simple-ass patriarchal idea that they own other people, to justify what they already wanted to do anyway...always turn around and beg for, or angrily demand, the exact same human, legal, and political rights that they denied to others, up to and including to the point of inflicting mass death.

And in Russia, at least, these assholes have bent the Church to their will. 

And in so doing they've turned the Russian Orthodox church into a house of demons and propagated the doctrines of devils. You can slap a Red Banner over the Cross, I guess.

You can pretend. But it's not going to work out the way you think it will. 

The truth will out, sooner or later.

Seriously, all you have to do is look at what the Russians are doing vs. what the Ukrainians are doing and you'll see how that works out in real life.

You know how many Russians drink their lives away, or fry their brains with drugs? I mean, shit, the Ukrainians literally overthrew a Putin-like President in a revolution based on dignity.

If you actually look it takes like a second to figure out who stands for what.

Or ya know, there's always the simple metric of who's winning and who's losing.

But, It's funny how the "Might Makes Right" people keep doubling down on that fucking loser in the Kremlin.

But people like Jack Posobiec don't actually care about any of that. Like any busybody or conspiracy theorist or priggish small-town religious zealot, all they really care about is themselves.

And they figure Vladimir Putin is the better bet...for them.

Not because they want a better country or a better world. They only want things better for themselves.

And times like this...whether it's just Christmas or whether we're talking about a country resisting a genocidal invasion or humanity dealing with a global pandemic...are by definition not about you. 

It might not be comfortable, or easy, or fun, but you're going to have to get along with other people or even simply give a shit if you want things to turn out decently.

And here's the thing, for some of us in this world that's all we've got. The only other alternative is death, one way or another, whether it's the quick death from a Russian 5.45mm bullet or the slow death of addiction and depression.

You know why I stand with Ukraine? Because I'd never make it as one of the people that doesn't.

Life is hard enough without making the choice to choke on your own bitterness and rage every damn day. Things suck enough without turning your back on the Prince of Peace and making of yourself an apologist for the horrors of war.

On this day, these people would reject the newborn Jesus Christ and make common cause against him with Herod The King, if he offered them but crumbs of power.

Evidently, the claim was pure bullshit per Newsweek, but so what, if it wasn't??

The implication being that according to the privileged, if you're trying to live any kind of decent life while you're fighting for freedom...it doesn't matter if you and your husband are millionaires in your own right and you can afford to, ya know, treat yourself when you can get out of the battlespace. Doesn't matter if you're, ya know, your country's First Lady and expected to look the part once in awhile. You have to wear some kind of a hair shirt and apologize for not being privileged. Seriously I'm sick of this bullshit.

I mean, I get that some of these older Lefty journos who came up in the era of "Radical Chic" (and who in turn look at Zelensky and his now-iconic military-type sweater and cargo pants) probably think of Che Guevara, the beret, the military fatigues, and the adventuring and revolutions (or attempts thereof) in Cuba, Africa and Latin America...and they think anybody who's fighting for freedom should fix X image and Y ideal.
