Death By Hypocrisy (On Stupidity, Volume Two, Part Two.)

Here's my problem with the Ten Commandments: why are there ten? Why are there ten? You don't need ten. I believe the list of ten commandments was artificially and deliberately inflated to get it up to ten. Here's what happened:

About 5,000 years ago a bunch of religious and political hustlers got together to try to figure out how to control people, how to keep them in line. They knew people were basically stupid and would believe anything they were told, so they announced that God had given them some commandments, up on a mountain, when no one was around... God had given them the Ten Commandments.
Well let me ask you this- when they were making this shit up, why did they pick ten? Why not nine, or eleven? I'll tell you why- because ten sounds official. Ten sounds important! Ten is the basis for the decimal system, it's a decade, it's a psychologically satisfying number, the top ten, the ten most wanted, the ten best dressed. I saw this earlier today.

Evidently at some point, Madison Cawthorn...tight-assed Evangelical harasser of the Gender-nonconforming and of LGBT people, had some pictures get out of him wearing women's lingerie.

It's not the lingerie, it's the hypocrisy, stupid.

And of course, the evidence continues to pile up that Florida Republicans have really stepped in it over this whole Disney thing, but again, to me it's more that they've completely abandoned both free speech and property rights...and mind you the entire "Property Rights" conservative argument arose in the first place out of opposition to Abolitionists and then was refined in 100 years of resentment over the abolition of slavery.

So it seems like that's kind of a big deal here, to abandon that particular "value." Only thing I can figure is that Republicans have decided they don't need that argument anymore. 

Except what they're trying to say here is "We Are The State." Somebody might want to clue them in on how that worked out for that last French King.

It's the entitlement and the hypocrisy.

Homophobia, Racism, all that shit was just a means to an end for the fucking fascists like Ron DeSantis anyway, that said, I can't help but feel like the Mouse was not a good target here. And judging from their product for the past six or seven years, it doesn't seem like Disney is on board with this type of shit. 

And the longer all this "Nationalist Populism" bullshit goes on, the more it smacks of Stalinist totalitarianism born of a desire to hang on to power by any means necessary, even if it divides the country, results in Civil War, and gets a whole bunch of people killed for no good reason while ending with these fuckers up against a wall posing for the firing squad.

They don't care what they burn down, they don't care if they lose. The cruelty and the chance to hurt people is the fucking point. That's all. Otherwise they'd have picked a better front-person than MTG to be one of the leaders of the 1/6 insurrection.

Everything about these fucking people, up to and including that they pick moronic bullies for leaders or suck up to foreign despots like Vladimir Putin is calculated to show contempt for the rest of us. The "Conservatives" at this point want to do nothing but give the world the finger...and be seen and praised for doing so.

And they're mad that their plan has been upended by the cause of freedom and the Ukrainians and the whole "Russian Warship, Go Fuck Yourself" thing. They're mad that, to a great extent, all the sudden they're losing the "Meme War."

And I'm starting to sense a seething, genocidal level of hatred underpinning what's left of "Conservatism. Outright fascism itself doesn't seem to go far enough as a term here.

At least not without marinating it in a 50/50 mix of hypocrisy and perversion first.

If you want a better country, you have to be a better citizen. If you want America to remain whole, and have  our future not be something like Ukraine's present, you have to stand up to these bullying motherfuckers now.

Laws Of Hate (On Stupidity, Volume Two, Part One.)

Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They're privileges. That's all we've ever had in this country, is a bill of temporary privileges. And if you read the news even badly, you know that every year the list gets shorter and shorter. You see all, sooner or later. Sooner or later, the people in this country are gonna realize the government does not give a fuck about them! I saw this earlier today, former Republican political guy pointing out something I've understood as obvious since about 2016 or so. 

All these Republicans, the only people they hate more than the rest of us is each other...but as I've been saying for years, every last one of these motherfuckers wants to be the King in his castle...and none of them can get there without all the others. They need each other, until they don't. Remember that part.

Apparently there's a fair amount of Republican infighting under the surface, kind of like the power struggle between Stalin and Trotsky in the interwar era.

Yes, I fucking went there, because this shit bears about as much resemblance to conservatism as I understand it as Soviet Communism does.

It's all a fucking cult, and all the members hate each other.

If I had to slap a D&D Alignment on this mess it would be "Chaotic Evil."

I saw this post just a little bit ago, some Republican crowing about the Florida legislature passing the repeal of the Reedy Creek improvement area (Where Disney World is located) even though this promises to wreak havoc upon the two counties that would be affected and assume the RCID's debts or have to organize and pass a similar setup of their own...which takes time and imposes ruinous costs...but those might not be as bad as the counties having to try to pay for all the stuff that the RCID meant Disney had to fund. And its environmental standards and worker pay are higher than the local areas or the state median...meaning the possibility of further ruinous lawsuits all around if anybody makes any changes.

And then there's the foregone conclusion that Disney will challenge this whole mess in court, which will cost the State millions of dollars, all so Ron DeSantis and a few Republican cronies could do a little showboating for their base...much of which isn't even in Florida and won't be affected by this crap.

And as regards Disney itself, it's a global corporation. They're not going to change their cultural views or their product because of one little state. Get over yourselves, Republicans. 

And the Mouse is ruthless. I put the odds that this results in the kind of legal conflagration that leaves somebody else paying the Florida GOP's and the state's legal bills pretty high. It'll be like how the RNC keeps bailing out Trump.

Unless of course they raise taxes, and that'll go over real well.

But none of these fucking people care, because to them it's all about hate and power. Plus they're stupid and don't care if they lose...or who else their bullshit hurts.

Because they hate everybody, each other, themselves, and the rest of us.

And they want to pass literal laws of hate, mandating hate, teaching hate. It will come to that. 

If we don't step up and stop this bullshit.

Don't take my word for it that homophobia and racism are at the root of this whole thing, Republicans are telling you this themselves when they rant about Disney being "Woke."

Somebody finally figured out why Florida banned all those Math textbooks, too. They banned textbooks that had any mentions of empathy or working together...stuff that was in current textbooks all the way back to when I was in school 40 years ago!

I'm just going to put this out there right now: There's two groups of people that Republicans support the rights of, in real terms; Bullies and toadies.

They don't really give a damn about rich people or corporations, unless those groups support their ideology of hate. And that's all it is, Republicans have nothing else left but autocracy, fascism and hate. They have divested themselves of everything else they ever even claimed to believe in. Hell, they want to raise taxes on everybody but a (likely) select few wealthy people.

What we're dealing with here is a cult of hate, of power, and of slavery.

And I'm going to warn you again...as I have since 2015...that These Fucking People believe in this hierarchical shit so much that they don't care if they end up being the slaves...so long as they think they're a better class of slaves then some of the other slaves are.

No wonder these motherfuckers are aligning themselves with Vladimir Putin, eh?

The "Conservative" movement has never been a "working people's movement" and I say that as a former conservative. I had to agree with liberals plenty back in the day just in terms of my own rights as a working-class American. And there was a time that it pained me to do so, but I can't say as Republicans have ever gone out of their way to stand up for my rights since at least George H.W. Bush.

And some bullshit ass motherfucker has the nerve to call this garbage the "Bull Moose Project?"

Modern Republicans don't give a damn about working families, sure as hell not any who live in Orlando or have members that work for Disney or in any of the related Reedy Creek municipal stuff, let alone the local county workers they'll now be forced into competition with if all this crap goes through.

There's a reason for this, there's a reason education sucks, and it's the same reason it will never ever ever be fixed. It's never going to get any better. Don't look for it. Be happy with what you've got... because the owners of this country don't want that. I'm talking about the real owners now... the real owners. The big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions. Forget the politicians. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don't. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They've long since bought and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the state houses, the city halls. They got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies, so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying. Lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don't want. They don't want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. I saw this earlier. Marjorie Taylor Greene is positively enraged that she has to go to court on Friday and take the stand to defend herself, and that there will be reporters present. I'm assuming she also has legal counsel, but the video didn't say.

These things...the freedom of the Press, the right to defend oneself in court, the right to trial by jury...are all things people in a lot of other countries would kill to have. Have killed for, in fact, just the same way as Americans had to fight and kill to get them. And Marge is raging that she has to go and do this...

Never once thinking it's her right to face her accusers and be heard.

Never once thinking that the alternatives could be being blown up by a home-made bomb or dragged off and shot by a firing squad...or tortured, forced to confess and then subjected to public spectacle or sham trial before being executed. And she thinks she's being "forced" to defend herself?

The Truth is that Marge is opposed to the very concepts of rights and self-determination. And she thinks it's beneath her to have to appear before anyone other than her adoring fanbase. 

If that functionally means "she has no rights" so be it. I'm sure she figures she'll get out of trouble if she blows the right dude, or something.

She's never lived under any system but this one, and it's abundantly clear she doesn't appreciate that.

This morning I saw that some idiot Republican Congresswoman said that Border Patrol agents had apprehended more than a Billion migrants at our southern border. You'd think that would be news, except of course the article she's referencing only said it was a Million migrants, which I suppose doesn't sound as good or something.

I think I'm beginning to see why These Fucking People don't want Math taught in schools...

Apparently if you can do Math, that makes it harder to make stupid hateful claims, at least without feeling like a dirty, no good liar.

And we all know Republicans don't like to have to feel bad about themselves for any reason whatever. They tell us that themselves!

And it's the same shit as why the Right has suddenly declared war on Disney...if even the dumbest person is watching cartoons and movies that are inclusive and show people who are different from one another interacting and working together and stuff, well that's what they'll think the world is supposed to be like, even if they're stupid. Then it's harder to get them to vote for hate.

It's the same reason These Fucking People don't want to participate in unscripted public debates against their actual opposition, either.

Yeah, I saw the news about that RNC vote, too.

French President Macron apparently handed perennial far-right candidate Marine Le Pen her own ass on a plate when she tried to needle him for hosting Putin...he hit back with it's his job as a head of state...Putin isn't his banker. 

Ouch. Like Rick Wilson said, I think I've seen enough.

And Marine Le Pen does in fact owe Russian banks and oligarchs, and thus Putin, a whole bunch of money...which she's still paying off. Seems to me like she should have thought about what might happen and how that might look before taking out the loan to finance her presidential run in the last election? But what the hell do I know?

If I had to guess, given the climate of things, that's probably the end of it. Macron already had a comfortable lead opening up. Most places, being associated with Putin is bad for you, these days.

I mean, for fuck's sake, even most "Conservatives" are smart enough these days to want to be seen supporting these Ukrainian Army guys.

I read a long and interesting thread by Kamil Galeev today, but this right here was the part that stuck in my head. Apparently, for a very long time in the pre-modern era, Ukrainians elected their Orthodox Priests. And the old Russian empire had less time to grind down that independent nature.

And perhaps more to the point, even in Czarist times, Ukraine had Taras Shevchenko AKA "Kobzar" (Bard) as a national poet while the Russians had the more authoritarian Imperial apologist Aleksandr Pushkin as the developer of their literature somewhat before that.

And Pushkin literally advertised the benefits of Russian rule and Russification as "Sure, you're a slave, but you'll be a better class of slave than all the other slaves."

This is the future that "Conservatives" want.

And in that light I think I'm going to have to revise my previous thought that if America loses, or if These Fucking People succeed in breaking off a piece of America only to get taken over by the Russians and turned into a satellite state...that These Fucking People would object to their kids having to learn Russian in school...or to having Russian culture forced upon themselves. They would not oppose such things, not ethnic cleansing, nor marching foreign soldiers, nor secret police nor Gulags. 

They want that shit!

Modern American "Conservatism" is defined by a hankering for a Caesar, never mind that it would mean the end of America.

Run those lines by them..."When the time comes you'll say arrogantly 'Yes I'm a slave, but a slave to the Caesar of the world!" and these motherfuckers will instantly bend the knee as one in homage to their new Russian god...

Worse, they would make of such a saying a new "Civis Romanus Sum" for our own Dark Times.

And that right there is the difference between the "Conservatives," the fascists, and the rest of us. 

Such a scenario would likely even be enough to make them fully reject Donald Trump...who is at least an American...in favor of Vladimir Putin.

I guess people who don't understand the concept of freedom can't understand why anybody else would want it, either.

That is why Republicans can never again be allowed to regain power in America. We can't trust these miserable sons of bitches with the idea of freedom, on a conceptual level. I don't know how else to even say this.

If you want a better country, you have to be a citizen, not a slave.

And to be a citizen, you have to understand and appreciate your rights...including and perhaps especially the right to resolve disputes in a nonviolent way in a court that carries the force of Law.

Of such things is civilization made.

Part Two

The Republican Blasphemies (On Stupidity, Volume One, Part Two.)

I have certain rules I live by. My first rule: I don't believe anything the government tells me. I look at war a little bit differently. To me, war is a lot of prick-waving! OK? Simple thing. That's all it is. War is a whole lot of men standing out on a field waving their pricks at one another. Men are insecure about the size of their dicks, and so they have to kill one another over the idea. That's what all that asshole jock bullshit is all about. That's what all that adolescent, macho, male posturing and strutting in bars and locker rooms is all about. It's called "dick fear!" Men are terrified that their pricks are inadequate and so they have to compete with one another, to feel better about themselves, and since war is the ultimate competition, basically, men are killing each other in order to improve their self-esteem! You don't have to be a history major or a political scientist to see the bigger-dick foreign policy theory. It sounds like this: "What, they have bigger dicks? Bomb them!" And of course, the bombs and the rockets and the bullets are all shaped like dicks. It's a subconscious need to project the penis into other people's affairs. I saw this last night. Evidently, the Russians deliberately targeted Chef Jose Andreas and his World Central Kitchen outfit yesterday. Sorry, Comrades, but I don't see him backing down. That dude will be cooking in body armor and a Kevlar helmet before that happens.

Not long after that, I saw that Malcolm Nance, a Navy retiree and national security commentator, has gone over to Ukraine to fight. Good for him, although I really hope he makes it through okay. I like Malcolm, I became familiar with him because he used to be on Roland Martin's news show a lot.

 Note to "Conservatives" and Republicans: This is what real heroism looks like. These people in their courageous efforts, show just exactly how puerile and selfish and stupid the whole modern Republican "Own The Libs" ethos even is. 

They're not going over there to prove some stupid ideological point, these guys are literally feeding hungry people and fighting to make the world safe for democracy again. 

And given that Russia is rapidly regressing into "Neo-Soviet Dystopia" that's a fight that needs to be fought. 

I have a feeling there's going to be more people in more countries that will need to be fed before it's over, too.

And before it's over, that fight will be fought here in the United States, too.

You think I'm kidding? Here's one of these Republican "Election audit" nuts calling Donald Trump a "Messiah." If you don't think these goddamned lunatics would strap bombs to themselves for Donald Trump, or for Ron DeSantis or whoever the shitty Republican demagogue-of-the-moment is, you're not paying attention.

Republicans have descended into outright cultism and blasphemy on a level that should be setting off alarms for any observant Christian (or Jew or Muslim, for that matter) and should be making everybody else nervous, too.

There's a segment of the Republican Party that's been awaiting the rise of some kind of fascist "Messiah" since Barry Goldwater and Richard Nixon ran for office. 

Those fucking people are running the Republican Party now. And we're damned lucky that the closest thing they got was Donald Trump and that their preferred current choice isn't an American. But that won't stop These Fucking People from wanting Vladimir Putin to be their ruler. 

Burning down America is the goddamned point.

And no part of the American experiment or previous claimed Republican values.

Ron DeSantis is continuing to pick his fight with Disney, because Disney is against his "Don't Say Gay" Bill, and did so because that's what their employees, many of whom are LGBT wanted. Personally, I think that's why Republicans are so angry about it. They detest democracy and people-driven actions in all their forms.

Obviously this offends Republicans, but for some reason this is a hill that the Republican Party has decided it wants to die on. The Mouse is ruthless and has more money than they do. I think the whole thing is stupid, personally. 

But the stupidity masks the sinister intent somewhat, because what this actually is, is it's turning into is an eliminationist pogrom against All That Is Not Republican.

How that's going to work when Vlad's Neo-Commies get around to them finally? Well, I think we all know how that's going to work out. These ass clowns wouldn't even fight, hell, they'd join that shit and fly the damn Hammer And Sickle from the White House, leaving the rest of us to fight to take it back.

And this same fucking fool thinks he's going to punish Twitter...which is based in New York City...for the Board not allowing Elon Musk to purchase the company? Now, seriously, what the fuck ever happened to Capitalism? Or to Freedom? 

If Disney wants to be for or against this or that, or the Board of Twitter doesn't want to sell the company to any old yahoo that comes along, isn't that on them??

It's Capitalism and Freedom and...on a more basic level...self-determination in all its forms that the Republicans are against. 

And these fucking fascists are deeply, insanely perverse and steeped in sexual anxieties and debasement. Mostly these guys are afraid that somebody will find out about the time they fucked a goat as part of some debased Fraternity stunt or some shit. But in the era of Trump, I'm sure that goat-raping to "Own The Libs" would be a thing in a matter of hours.

The whole Puritanical thing is a come-on, a lie, a scam put forth by the same fucking people who shelter too many pedophiles in their own ranks, know it, and have the audacity to accuse other people of the same shit. 

God damned well knows what the fuck Ted is even on about, but seriously normal people do not think up this shit. I've been watching Disney stuff my whole life, and the idea of "Mickey and Pluto going at it" is perverse and ridiculous to the point where it's not fit to be laughed at...but it's the first thing out of Ted Cruz's mouth. 

Again, these fucking people are debased cowardly fascists, perverts, and traitors and everything they've ever claimed publicly as a part of their platform has been shown to be a lie in recent years. The problem is that now that the mask has fallen off...there's still one hell of a lot of people who are just fine with all that shit, so long as these contrarian overgrown racist children think it'll make somebody else angry. 

There's a goddamned reason that these motherfuckers gravitate to the Confederate Flag, the Hammer And Sickle, and the Swastika. They hate America, its diversity and freedom and foundation in democracy and working toward a better future for everybody. So naturally, they love the symbols of America's enemies...the more vicious, the more fiercely they cling to it. 

I'm honestly surprised these sons of bitches haven't proudly flown the Black Banner of Jihad or the White flags of the Taliban. 

I've yet to see a Red Banner or a "Z" flag here, but I'm sure it's going to happen eventually.

And the worst thing about it is, Republicans admire that Putin has, in a matter of just a couple months, turned Russia into a dystopian neo-Soviet hellhole. A place where holding up a blank piece of paper on the damn street...or even protesting in favor of the Army or the government...can get you arrested. 

It's the Second Coming Of Joseph Stalin in all but name.

And Republicans want that shit here.

You can't reason with that kind of shit, you can only punch it right in the mouth. Become very aware of that statement, liberals. That's what this shit is going to take.

The Red Army is rehearsing for its "Victory Day" parade on May 9th already, I guess...and it will feature MiG-29's flying in a "Z" formation and troops marching with the Hammer And Sickle. To a certain extent it's like 1989-1991 just didn't even happen, or something. 

I find that enormously creepy. 

It's like we've all been shoved into a giant time machine back to the 1980's in some weird Harry Turtledove alternate history where Republicans were Commie sell-outs who regard George Orwell's 1984 as a training manual, and the only thing keeping it from working completely is one little country that somehow sees it all, that won't give up, won't stop fighting, and thus far asks only our support in fighting this fight. Thankfully such support is mostly being given.

But the day's going to come when the fight's going to be here, and indeed in every country. The time will come when we can't outsource the fight for freedom to the Ukrainians anymore.

The day will come, when it'll come to a fight.

I've been seeing stuff about this for the last couple days. Apparently Tucker Carlson made a "Documentary" by which I mean softcore gay porno, about some kind of imaginary "Crisis in Masculinity" called "The End of Men" which prominently featured "Testicle tanning."

Well, I'm here to tell you, there absolutely is a crisis in masculinity. Seriously, there is, no joke.

It's like this: The crisis is that a lot of supposed "Men" are stupid enough to believe this garbage and think things like that broiling their nuts under a heat lamp like a gas-station hot dog is gonna do anything other than leave their junk dried up and shriveled like a gas-station hot dog. I mean, are you fucking kidding me?

If you think giving yourself gas station ball-sack is the answer to your problems, to put it mildly, you're stupid.

Male mammals evolved to have testicles because otherwise body heat would kill the sperm and they couldn't reproduce. It's as simple as that. So what kind of effect do you think cooking your junk under some kind of heat lamp is really going to have?

And more to the point, there's plenty of other aspects of this image of the naked man on the mountaintop with lightning shooting him in the cock that are disturbing for other reasons.

Like when I'm talking about Techno-Gnostic neo-primitivism, this is what I'm talking about. I mean, the image itself is like half a step from making an offering to Apollo, but with Tucker Carlson's sniveling voiceover followed by a commercial for MyPillow or Viagra instead of all that cool Greek mythology stuff.

And the fact that it hits that close to the basic Pagan DNA of Western Civilization itself, combined with the fact that somebody like Fucker Carlson who has an ass-load of lizard-brain followers is what makes this stupid misogynistic bullshit so dangerous.

The fact that so many people are so historically and philosophically ignorant just makes it worse.

Like the old philosophical bit about Plato's Cave...but as told by Donald Trump Jr. during a Coke binge.

The guys who follow this bullshit that whack off to Frank Miller's 300 and The Punisher don't care about the mystical and philosophical aspects nor how much Greco-Roman culture invested in defining men and manhood...often in ways that, today, would be thought of as gayness and homoeroticism. 

(And NO, you can't explain that to These Fucking People. I've tried. The fact that most Classical Greek and many Roman men were bisexual just goes right over these dudes heads.)

And the fact that Tucker Carlson doesn't get this and isn't smart enough to control for this tendency, which is also a part of "Conservative" DNA, is exactly why the trailer looks like a gay porno.

No, the dudes that are into this crap are going to think "If they barbecue their dick enough they'll be just like Hercules." 

Cue bunch of dudes showing up at the ER with second-degree burns on their penises. All this stuff manifests as a tendency towards misogyny and generalized stupidity.

This is what happens when people don't follow the Truth. (I mean "Truth" as a concept. And no, it doesn't matter what your Truth is, but you have to find it, Tucker Carlson isn't going to help and doesn't care about you. And if you burn your Wang because of some dumb shit he said, he'll just laugh.)

A huge part of the problem with the "Crisis In Masculinity" is that you have a whole bunch of dudes who think dudes like Tucker Carlson and Scott Adams, who've never had to do manual labor, fight somebody, gut a deer or shoot a gun in their lives...much less deal with the nuts and bolts of building a house, digging a well, planting a garden or raising a family if they didn't want to...are some kind of icons of masculinity.

I'll note, Scott Adams has said himself that he and his wife do not live together. That should be a red flag that dude does not believe all this "Traditionalist" or "Ultra-Conservative" crap he talks. I mean, come on dudes, what the fuck?

And then we wonder why so many of these dudes that have cottage cheese for brains end up following after symbols like the Confederate Flag, the Hammer And Sickle or the MAGA Hat?

Well, I can tell you why, and it's because American society has done a singularly shitty job of teaching values for about 40 years. Capitalism promotes what makes money and thus becomes popular, and from generation to generation I've watched as society has done less and less to control for morality, promote thinking (critical or otherwise) and teach values to counteract such things. If anything, the trend seems to be towards greater and greater displays of and reliance on emotionalism and "feelings" rather than facts and truth.

Almost especially when it comes to White, Conservative, Men.

That might have kind of worked in the ancient world. It doesn't now.

The Ancient World of the Classical Era was vastly complex, our modern world, and the postmodern one now emerging, is infinitely more so.

And modernity and post-modernity themselves are and will be in contention for a long time.

And because These Fucking Guys don't think about what they're doing...all too often, everybody else has to. And then American society privileges these idiots so they don't have to think about this shit.

So while these guys are jerking off and shining UV lights on their balls until their scrotums resemble dried gas-station beef jerky...women like this Ukrainian Tank Girl are gonna be out there kicking ass and taking names and when people like her and her comrades have justly earned their no-shit reputation as defenders of the Free World and the respect and free drinks that go with that...all these White "Conservative" American dudes who were busy sun-Tanning Mr. Happy at the time are gonna be mad and wonder why they're not getting the props and the Ukrainian Tank Girls won't sleep with them.

There are no two words that belong in the same sentence less than "Holy" and "War." All war is by definition against the Lord's Word and thus unholy. Either you believe in the Ten Commandments or you don't. "Thou Shalt Not Kill" ain't that hard to understand.

Again, the Truth is simple. Man makes it complicated because he does not want to obey.

Vladimir Putin isn't trying to fight devils and glorify God. He's trying to eradicate Ukrainians and glorify himself. The whole point of this shit is ultimately that Vladimir Putin thinks everyone should either have to become Russian or die. What do these Republicans think will happen when he gets to us Americans?

And what about the fact that many, if not most, countries in the world have accepted Ukrainian refugees or have people of Ukrainian descent already living there. This shit is a boundary-less template for endless war and one nation forcing itself and its culture and nationality on everybody else. 

I don't know about you...but I don't care for it. I'm an American and I'm just fine with that. I have put my time in to try and make this country better as it is. The idea that some Americans think Vladimir Putin should be their ruler pisses me the fuck off. 

This isn't hard. 

You like Putin so much...move to Russia! 

We have to put a stop to this bullshit.

Putin desires to be known as Vladimir The World-Conqueror and I can't for the life of me understand why anybody else in any other country in the whole damn world supports this shit.

And it's probably a very, very good thing that Putin and his Red Army 2.0 ran right smack hard into the ferocity of the Ukrainian people and smacked even harder into the wall of reality the first time.

You cannot believe in Conspiracy Theories and the Truth at the same time. You cannot serve both the Cross of Christ and the Hammer And Sickle. These are things that are opposed to each other, and in people's hearts one or the other will win out.

It really is just that damned simple. You can claim Christ all you want, but if Self is on the Throne and you really believe that you're the center of the Universe...for all of your talk, you ain't serving Jesus.

And either you believe in a Dead Savior On A Stick or you believe in Jesus Christ as a Living Man and the Son of God, and as somebody who can see and knows what ya done. 

It's really that simple. Forgiveness of Sins does not mean you can just do what you damn well please and then keep on doing it. God is not stupid. 

Either you believe or you don't. This stuff don't come in degrees and half-measures are not sufficient. Jesus said of the lukewarm that He would spit them out.

And if you're preaching the glory of yourself or the necessity of ethnic cleansing and genocide, much less the Holiness of a neo-Communist dictator, you're in the wrong damned business.

If you're a Christian: Either you follow Jesus Christ or you don't.

Either you accept the Resurrection this day signifies for all people and the remission of Sins for the same, or you don't.

Either you accept the Prince of Peace or the Serpent In The Garden with its false promises of Power.

Choose.

Either He is Risen...or not.

If you say you're a Believer, the choice is literally Eternity.

Whether one draws one's certainties from religion or science, in order for one to push back against Power one must have one's feet set on a hard floor of Truth, and one must have the freedom to build and to have and to maintain that foundation. This can only exist in the context of a democratic, pluralistic society. Now I don't give a damn if the truth one uses for this is Darwin's theory of Evolution or that God created the Earth in six days and rested on the seventh. People have to have this, and conspiracy theories, false doctrines, junk science, quack medicine and religious extremism are nothing more than shades of the same effort by forces of Greed and Power to undermine Truth on a conceptual level.

"And they shall mock Him..." wasn't just talking about the Romans. Plenty of supposed "Christians" do the same.

So apparently, the Russian cruiser Moskva had some kind of relic aboard, a supposed fragment of the "True Cross" a woodchip embedded in a silver crucifix, basically. People have been claiming to find these things since at least the Crusades...and logic, normal decomposition rates and science dictate such claims are almost certainly bullshit.

How's your reheated Crusader bullshit working out for you, Comrades? It didn't work out the first time, either.

Even...perhaps especially, though...if these "Relic" claims are true, wouldn't you expect God would know what's going on, that Christianity is being used to justify murder, rape and war?

Wouldn't you think God would know that the Russian Army is flying the Hammer And Sickle? And I don't doubt the navy is flying the old Soviet Naval Jack, too. In other words, Comrades, if the stories you tell yourselves are true why do you think that shit would protect you? Do you think God is a fool and does not know the difference between Evil and Good? Between Godliness and Ungodliness? 

If that's what you think, Comrades, this whole religion thing probably isn't for you. I'd go back to Atheistic Soviet Communism and the worship of the State...as surely Putin must want to at this point. I mean, you fuckers are most of the way there already.

And you know, I'm not sure what the "Conservatives" are doing, but it doesn't look too much different from how Putin's Russia looked for most of the last decade. 

It doesn't sound any different from what comes out of the mouth of the Patriarch Of Moscow, so I'm going to go out on not-much-of-a-limb here and say it'll probably end up the same way if the rest of us don't tell these motherfuckers to go fuck themselves, continue to vote Republicans out of office, and reduce the influence of the far-right in the Republican Party and our government. 

What we need to do is make bullshit and racism unpopular again. 

I'm serious, the rest of us need to cut them off, tell them no, and back it up with a clear intent to use force if they push the issue. Stop engaging with these fucking people. Stop fucking these fucking people. Stop hanging out with these fucking people, and don't give them an inch politically anymore. Look at how all their private social media networks have fizzled out. The only thing these fucking people hate more than the rest of us is each other. They don't want to have a social network, they want argument and conflict with people they don't like (i.e. everybody else) and an attention and an audience.

The only thing that unites these motherfuckers is shared hatred of basically everybody else.

But their biggest fear and hatred these days is of being "Cancelled" i.e. ignored by everybody else in a capitalistic and pluralistic society and denied the attention that is the central currency of their Attention-economy. If you're only getting that from "your" side, chances are good it means you don't have as much attention and exposure to monetize. You end up being this dude. Kyle Rittenhouse is a rock star among far-right fascists...and nobody else cares. So, what's he doing? Hawking cryptocurrency and NFT bullshit, apparently.

Or like Trump and a lot of his goons, stewing in their own juices and endlessly plotting a return back to power and seething about who they're going to take revenge on if they can pull it off. They're so hyper-focused on themselves and their own bullshit that most of these people don't realize they've been replaced by Vladimir Putin.

They're relics of the Before Times, by which I mean before February 24th, 2022, and they'll never catch up. In effect, the only thing they would likely get out of "regaining" power if they ever did was that they would be forced to give it up to the Russians.

The problem though, such as it is, is that this is the future "Conservatives" (And some far-Left appeasers also) want, because then they figure they can force us to listen to them and be a (probably literally) captive audience, or have "Peace" or something something Gazpacho. 

It seems to escape these fuckers that we'd probably all be inmates in the same Soviet Gulag...but the real problem here is that as long as These Fucking People think they're a higher class of Gulag inmates than all the other Gulag inmates they're fine with that, or that said "Peace" is the peacefulness of the graveyard.

I saw this video earlier today, of a circle of people singing the Ukrainian State Anthem in a town square, cut with videos of protests against the invasion in various other cities around the world.

The absolute truth is that the only way we're going to defeat these damned totalitarian motherfuckers...be they American fascist-wannabes or Russian Neo-Soviets...is that we're going to have to fight tooth and claw against them just like the Ukrainians are doing, using absolutely everything that we can.

And I absolutely don't understand how so many people don't get this. You can't live with or reason with people who don't think you have a right to exist.

That the Russians would put a "Relic" they think is a piece of the "True Cross" on their flagship of war is these people telling on themselves. It's no different than American Q-Anon nuts ranting about "Snake DNA" and calling their enemies Satanic. They have no intention to operate in good faith and see everybody else only as an enemy to be destroyed in the name of a fanatical ideology they equate with some "god" or whatever.

All of these people, in one way or another, see themselves as modern-day "Crusaders" just like how the anti-Islam nuts of a decade ago kept putting the Crusader Cross on everything. They didn't know that their "Code" wasn't and isn't much of a code and a lot of the rest of us cracked it a long time ago.

They look at elites on both the Left and the Right studiously ignoring this shit in the name of keeping their positions or "Normalcy" or thinking Appeasement = Peace and they think that's everybody.

These fucking people themselves are literally desperate to claim they've seen the Burning Bush, but the truth is they listened to the whispers of the serpent in the garden when it started promising them power.

The Truth is, like the Crusaders before them, they're willing to put whole nations to the Sword to get what they think they want.

And there's people out there willing to let them fucking do it, too, because they think it doesn't affect them.
