I saw this when I got up.

Some fucking CHUD complaining about people being mad about the "Rape Academy" and blaming it on women's alleged lack of modesty when *Checks Notes* per this asshole's own graphic there hasn't been that much change since *Checks Notes Again* 1930 or so. 

When the truth of these patriarchal assholes is a woman could literally walk down the street in a suit of full-plate armor and "men" like this would still lust after them.

Some lady actually did that in Afghanistan years ago, and ended up having to leave the country because the threats got so bad. 

She's probably better off for having left, at this point.

Like I said, I'm a man and I pick the goddamned Bear. Hell, at this point if my partner decided to dump me and go get herself a cabin in the woods and share the property with a big-ass Grizzly Bear that she named "Cuddles" I wouldn't even be mad. At least I know her and the kiddo would be safe.

The movie The Boondock Saints came out in 1999, for those who haven't seen it, very much a "guy" movie, very Catholic without being obnoxious about religion, very "Politically Incorrect" as the saying went at the time...but also very much about the relationship between two brothers with a strict moral code who just got sick of all the bullshit and decided to do something about it. 

The movie also featured a gay FBI agent as a main character, so it obviously wasn't intended to please the "Religious Right" types of the day, either.

You probably couldn't make that movie today, and nobody would be madder about it if you tried than the MAGA Catholic Theo-Bro Sedevacantists.

Conservative Christian Republican that I was at the time, I loved that movie, still do. Saw it in the theater in Grand Rapids when it came out...with my then-girlfriend, who liked that shit as much as I did.

"Do Not Rape" or "Do Not Steal" didn't used to be controversial statements.

If you want this crap to go back to something approaching livable for the rest of us, much less even its historical "Normal" as any of that has ever existed in my lifetime, it's going to come down to a fight and these idiots are going to have to get badly beaten to put them back "In Their Place" as they'd put it regarding the rest of us.

These idiots need to be treated the way they'd treat other people. Secular liberalism that tries to keep everybody happy ain't doing it when it comes to dealing with all of this bullshit. Fire Chuck and Hakeem, among other people, put age and term limits on Congress and demand these fools do something.

And then once we do, most of these jerkoffs, no matter whether or not they're forced to "Behave" in public, will spend the rest of their lives resenting the rest of civilization for it.

When the clap-back for this last decade of bullshit comes (and it's coming fast) between a third and half of America is gonna have a massive fuckin' crash out. Expect addictions and worse to spike massively. Personally, I expect violence. It won't be competently done violence, but I expect it. I think they will try to break off part of America for themselves but the truth is they'll just be like the Taliban (but with more drugs, more guns, a hell of a lot less brains and way more weird sexual bullshit) after we reconstituted government in Afghanistan in 2003-2004.

Such is the true nature of these "Saints."

And I'm like, whatever, as long as civilization doesn't get bored and wander off and leave the country to these CHUDs. 

Back in the 1990's I had enough run-ins with Militia ass-clowns to know if you just interdict the local Meth supply these fucking people will be miserable enough on their own. 

I Hate to tell you this, but there's still a lot of that kind of crap going on here in Northern Michigan, at least. A couple Sundays ago will go down in history as the Tweaker-pocalypse at work, for a reason.

The behavior of the Taliban as well as their extremist attitudes do not correspond in any way with a tolerant Islam. We have always been opposed to extremist tendencies of Islam and we still are. We have not stopped insisting on defending an Islam of tolerance which would be profitable to every Muslim, in Afghanistan and in the whole world, and we will always defend it.
