Kristi Noem apparently said that ICE and all these other Chuds were there to "Liberate" California.
How has that worked out, well, anytime it's been tried since Korea (with the debatable exceptions of Grenada, which didn't have a military, and Desert Storm where we weren't charting out the strategic objectives) and especially in Afghanistan and Iraq?
We don't liberate anything, we don't win wars anymore. Since Vietnam, we accomplish a string of tactical objectives until rich elites get bored and cash out. Never mind who dies in the process.
They apparently aren't even paying the National Guardsmen, who've now been put back under the State's authority by a Federal judge, and thus morale among Marines and Soldiers is terrible and many don't even know why they're there...
